What began as a solution to a family problem.

It all began with a mother and a question. Maria Knoch wanted the best for her family, especially for her son Mathias. In the early 1990s, she began to look into the issue of water quality.

You can rinse the jug out with clean water from time to time; if there are heavy deposits, use a mild vinegar solution. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The cartridge itself does not need cleaning. If you are not going to use the jug for a while, empty it and leave it to dry.
