b) Data collection and use for contract processing and when opening a customer account

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us in the context of your order, when contacting us (e.g. by telephone, contact form or email) or when opening a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we require the data for the performance of the contract, or to process your enquiry or the opening of a customer account, and without providing this information you cannot complete the order and/or the account opening, or we cannot send the response to your enquiry. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms.

We use the data you provide as part of your order or enquiry in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of contract fulfilment and processing your enquiries. Once fulfilment of the contract or your enquiry, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted upon expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement .

You also have the option of creating a customer account, in which your data will be stored permanently with us, so that you can place future orders even more easily. You can view and amend your data at any time, and have your customer account deleted. The permanent storage of your data in your customer account is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. By creating your customer account, you give us your consent to store your data in the customer account on a permanent basis until you withdraw this consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by having your customer account deleted. e) Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics

For website analysis, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (www.google.de). f) Google AdWords Remarketing

We use Google AdWords to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. To this end, when you visit our website, Google sets a so-called remarketing cookie, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which prevail following a balancing of interests, in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. 4. Data Disclosure and Involvement of Third Parties

For the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, we pass on your data to the delivery company commissioned to handle the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the bank responsible for processing the payment and, where applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider using your login details during the ordering process. We have commissioned service providers to host and display our website, who process data on our behalf in this context. 5. Transfer of data to a third country

All data collected in connection with the use of this website or via forms provided for this purpose in the online shop is processed on servers within the European Union. Processing on servers outside the EU does not take place.

You are not legally obliged to provide us with data. If you contact us, we need your contact details (e.g. email address) so that we can reply to you.

If you wish to order goods from us and enter into contracts with us, it is necessary for you to provide us with the data required for the provision of our services. Which data this entails in each individual case depends on the specific product you are ordering from us or the service you wish to use.
