The PI® filter cartridge was developed specifically for the MAUNAWAI® water filtration system and delivers exceptionally high water quality.

Peka is a water filtration system for single-family homes, multiple residential units, or industrial applications.
It can filter both municipal water and well water.
When filtering well water, we recommend a preliminary water analysis to ensure the system is optimally configured.For the best water quality, 2–4 filter modules can be combined according to your specific needs.

MAUNAWAI® PI® Filter – Water like from a natural spring
PI®technology, developed in Japan in the 1960s, is based on the idea of transforming tap water into high-quality drinking water through natural processes. 
Inspired by the mechanisms of nature—particularly the structure of living spring water—the Pi filter cartridge works with a combination of over 20 different ceramic balls. The most important
of these are:

• Lime-reducing components: Alkaline, Chlorine, HSW, and HSK balls.
• Energizing elements: PI ceramics, tourmaline, quartz.
• Alkaline effect: zirconia ball, zeolite ceramic.
• Stabilization: Antimicrobial and EM ceramics for microbial balance.
• Molecular structuring: Magnetite and hydrogen balls, bio-ceramics.
• Harmonization: Gemstones such as rock crystal, amethyst, and rose quartz.
• Shungite stones; the high content of fullerenes (95–98% carbon) supports the binding of free radicals and contributes to the natural structuring of the water.

Usage: The Maunwai PI filter cartridge should be replaced after 5 years at the latest.
