1. Scope of Application The
following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at MAUNAWAI.com.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with MAUNAWAI Schweiz GmbH

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order, together with acceptance of the order, is sent immediately after submission via an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

A binding contract may also be concluded earlier as follows:

• If you have selected PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
• If you have selected the payment method Sofortüberweisung, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of the payment instruction to SOFORT AG.

3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have a right of withdrawal as follows:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, MAUNAWAI Schweiz GmbH, Schulhausstr. 4, 6045 Meggen, Svizzera, CH, Tel.: +49 3327-570-880, willkommen@maunawai.ch, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

No right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

4. Delivery charges Delivery

5. Payment The following payment
methods are available in our shop:

Prepayment
If you select the prepayment option, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and dispatch the goods upon receipt of payment.

PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must generally be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception may apply for guest access). Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Stripe flexible payment options: card payment, bank transfer, Klarna, Amazon Pay, EPS

6. Collection
We only offer delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods in person.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

9. 30-day money-back guarantee

We are so confident that you will be satisfied with MAUNAWAI that we will refund the full purchase price should this not be the case.

We offer a 10-year warranty against breakage on the Kini Kanne casings.

We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions as part of the order confirmation by email. You can also view and download the Terms and Conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your previous orders in our customer login area.

11. Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
